We will do the 'homework' necessary to provide you with a real-world assessment of your installation, and reccommendations as to your actions. At your request, we can be the buffer between the Inspector and you / your company, shielding you from potential harassment.

Fall 2009 - Spring 2010 Costs:
- $125 / billable hr.; all inclusive; 2 hr. minimum. (Scheduled Work).
- $200 - 250 / billable hr.; all inclusive; 5 hr. minimum. (Scheduled Work - Representative to Gov't. and / or Litigation).
- $300 / billable hr.; emergency or immediate service; all inclusive. (Un-scheduled / Immediate Work).
** None of the above include parts / materials, and are strictly for travel / fuel-expenses / on and-or off site labor / topical research, phone-calls and letters issued from this office, and all documentation. The above also assumes travel within 120 miles of Buffalo, NY. A nominal fuel / time fee of $65 / billable hr. shall be added for each mile beyond 120 miles (one way), up to 400 miles. Parts costs are always pre-pay, unless otherwise put into contract by S.C.C.S., but shall never require less than a 50% deposit. S.C.C.S. does not upcharge on parts - clients pay the 'actual' shelf price, plus pickup / delivery if applicable.
** Billing; all services are due paid within 30 days of invoice. Invoice shall be provided within 7 days of completion of work (so, at maximum, payment is due within 37 calendar days of completion of work). Representative to Gov't. and / or Litigation work is due prior to service of representation -- that is to say, the outcome of your conflict or litigation should not affect your willingness to meet your financial obligations to S.C.C.S, and to alleviate that concern, all payment for such service is due before such service shall be rendered. Emergency Service shall be invoiced immediately upon completion (before leaving the site), and shall be paid within 7 calendar days. These are the strictest and 'default' payment terms of S.C.C.S., and while S.C.C.S. reserves the right to extend more comfortable terms to customers based upon its own discretion, the default terms are the only terms of contract unless otherwise stated in writing, where such statement shall be explicit with regard to what work the 'special' payment terms shall be applied.
